777xe Terms and Conditions — Everything You Need to Know Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 777xe website at 777xe.onl, downloading the 777xe App, or creating a player account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use any service offered by 777xe.

These terms apply to all sections of the 777xe platform including sports betting, live casino, slots, slot games, bingo, the VIP programme, and all promotions and bonuses unless a specific set of additional terms applies to a particular offer, in which case those additional terms are read together with these general terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To open a 777xe account and use the platform you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are registering and playing in a personal capacity — not on behalf of another person or entity.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended account on the 777xe platform.
• You are not acting as an agent, affiliate, or business entity without a separately agreed commercial arrangement with 777xe.
• The information you provide at registration is accurate, current, and belongs to you personally.

777xe reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — including but not limited to a copy of a valid CNIC or passport, proof of address, or proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Registration of an account by a person under the age of 18 is a serious breach of these terms. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited in full and the account will be permanently closed.

3 Account Rules

One account per player. Each individual is permitted to hold one active account with 777xe. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is prohibited. If 777xe identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended, outstanding balances may be frozen, and any bonuses received across the duplicate accounts may be voided.

Account security. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Your username and password must not be shared with any other person. 777xe will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Accurate information. All personal information held on your account must be accurate and up to date. If your contact details, payment method, or other registered information changes, you are required to update your account accordingly. Providing false information at registration or at any subsequent point is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Account currency. All 777xe accounts are held in PKR. There are no multi-currency account options. All transactions — deposits, bets, winnings, bonus credits, and withdrawals — are recorded and processed in Pakistani Rupees.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Supported payment methods. 777xe accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. The available methods displayed in your account dashboard are the current active options.

Minimum deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. This minimum applies to all supported payment channels. There is no maximum deposit amount, though 777xe reserves the right to apply transaction screening to unusually large deposits as part of standard account management procedures.

Withdrawal conditions. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been used to make a deposit on the account, or to a verified bank account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests are subject to standard identity verification; requests from unverified accounts may be delayed until verification is completed.

Withdrawal processing times. 777xe aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Actual receipt time after processing depends on your chosen payment method — JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect within minutes, while bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank.

Inactive accounts. An account with no login activity for twelve consecutive months is considered inactive. 777xe reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of PKR 100 to inactive accounts. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for an extended period may be closed.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

Bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed through the 777xe sportsbook or a wager is placed in any casino game, it cannot be reversed, amended, or cancelled. You are solely responsible for confirming bet selections, stake amounts, and odds before finalising a wager. Technical errors or misclicks do not constitute grounds for bet reversal.

Minimum and maximum stakes. Minimum stake limits on sportsbook markets are PKR 50 per selection. Maximum stake limits vary by event, market type, and your account tier. VIP programme members at higher tiers benefit from elevated maximum limits. 777xe reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and on any market without prior notice.

Void bets. A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: a match or event is abandoned without a result being reached; a market is listed in error (incorrect teams, incorrect date, incorrect scoring format); technical failure results in bets being accepted outside valid market hours; or a demonstrable pricing error results in odds being offered that are clearly outside the plausible range. Void bets result in the original stake being returned to the player's account balance.

Suspicious activity. 777xe monitors betting patterns for signs of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, or other activity that constitutes a breach of fair use. Where suspicious activity is detected, 777xe reserves the right to void relevant bets, suspend the account pending investigation, and report the activity to relevant authorities if appropriate.

Casino games — RNG. All casino game outcomes on the 777xe platform are produced by independently certified Random Number Generators. The RTP figures for individual slot titles are available in the in-game information panel. Outcomes are entirely independent — no previous result influences any subsequent result on any game.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses and promotional offers at 777xe are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion. The following general principles apply to all bonus offers unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player bonuses are for first-time depositors who have not previously held a 777xe account.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived balance can be converted to withdrawable funds. The required wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sportsbook bets typically contribute at a different rate to casino games. Specific contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are used before real money funds when a wager is placed, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with an active bonus. Placing bets above the permitted maximum while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Unused bonus credit and any winnings generated from it will be removed from your account after the expiry period stated in the promotion.
• 777xe reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Bonuses already credited to an account will remain subject to the terms in place at the time of crediting.

7 Responsible Gaming

777xe provides the following tools to every account holder to support responsible play. These tools are available in the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit amount. Limits take effect immediately when applied and cannot be increased without a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Configure a notification to alert you after a specified session duration.
• Reality checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications showing how long you have been playing in the current session.
• Self-exclusion: Close your account for a period of your choosing — available directly from your account settings without needing to contact support. Self-exclusion periods of 6 months, 12 months, and permanent exclusion are available.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

777xe reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment method fraud.
• Evidence of collusion, match-fixing involvement, or organised bonus abuse.
• An account remaining inactive (no login) for a period exceeding 24 months.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, 777xe reserves the right to withhold any balance on the account pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the remaining balance will be returned to the player via a verified withdrawal method.

Player-initiated closure. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting 777xe support. Closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to normal procedures and any resulting balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777xe platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, images, and audio — is the property of 777xe or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 777xe platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 777xe platform without the prior written consent of 777xe.

10 Limitation of Liability

777xe provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates correctly and continuously, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary disruptions to service.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, 777xe shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, winnings, or business arising from platform downtime or technical errors.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any delay in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by your bank or payment provider.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter where limitation of liability is not permitted by law.

11 Changes to These Terms

777xe reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, we will take reasonable steps to notify registered players — for example through a notification on the platform or by email to your registered address. The date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last updated.

Continued use of the 777xe platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with an update, you should close your account before the revised terms come into effect.
